As the leader of GridVille, the Project Manager (PM) oversees all operations, ensures strategic alignment, and is responsible for the overall direction of the organization. This role includes contract management, financial oversight, risk assessment, and external relations. The PM leads project planning, balances needs and activities across the team’s groups and ensures effective communication between the different groups.

The Deputy Project Manager supports the Project Manager in project execution, focusing on HR, team coordination, and internal culture. Responsibilities include recruitment, conflict resolution, and ensuring effective communication within the board. The DPM also manages international coordination with GridVille Kathmandu and other international relations.

The Head of Marketing and Finance is responsible for financial management, budgeting, sponsorship handling, and marketing strategies. This role ensures brand consistency across all platforms, oversees social media, and maintenance of sponsor relationships. The M&F lead also manages promotional materials, external collaborations, and financial stability.

The Technical Leader acts as the bridge between the board and the technical teams. This role includes overseeing group leaders, coordinating technical planning, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The Technical Leader is also responsible for safety compliance, technical strategy execution, and organizing technical meetings. Additionally, the TL plays a key role in mentoring group leaders and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

As the Group Leader for Production, you are responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and mechanical solutions for solar panel integration. You ensure that all work complies with safety standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Your role includes task management, maintaining project deadlines, and optimizing workflows. Additionally, you handle quality assurance, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with other teams to develop effective solutions.

As the Group Leader for Control Systems, you lead the development and implementation of the logic behind the microgrid. You are responsible for designing control algorithms, optimizing automation, and ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software components. You also coordinate your team’s work, maintain the project plan, and ensure that the control system operates efficiently while working closely with other teams to align system functionality.

As the Group Leader for Hardware, you lead the dimensioning, assembly, and connection of the physical microgrid. You oversee the design and implementation of electrical and mechanical components, ensuring system reliability and compliance with safety standards. Additionally, you manage team coordination, allocate tasks, and ensure the technical system meets project requirements while contributing to hands-on development and troubleshooting of hardware components.

As the Group Leader for Monitoring Systems, you lead the design and integration of sensors, user interface development, and sensor data processing for the microgrid. You ensure that real-time data is collected, analyzed, and visualized to optimize system performance. Additionally, you oversee team coordination, allocate tasks, and ensure technical requirements are met while contributing to the overall project development.
